I really enjoyed working with My Nanny Rocks in assigning me to a family it went so smoothly and I can't imagine having been given the opportunities I have had in terms of work and finding families without My Nanny Rocks. I felt they took into consideration who I am and mypersonality when placing me with a family, they were beyond helpful. It has also been great when it comes to having questions about handling certain difficult or unique situations, I can call on any of them and feel completely comfortable about doing so. They definitely took into consideration the things that were important to me and because of My Nanny Rocks I have been placed as a caregiver with two great families. We really like nanny that we found through My Nanny Rocks. She was actually the first one they sent us, and has worked out great so far. Our only hesitation of using the agency was the $700 placement fee that we had to pay if we hired a nanny. That seemed like a really big chunk to have to spend at first, but now looking back, we saved so much time and headaches by using them. All of the girls that own My Nanny Rocks were extremely helpful and prompt about returning calls, answering questions, etc. - Ann Arbor Parent
